    "content": "The reason I am moving this amendment is this: Other than what has been argued before, you find that most times, the reason why policemen quit their service is because of the remuneration that they are offered elsewhere. Therefore, even though the Government has offered a lot of money, they opt to go for better offers elsewhere, other than within the country, despite having been trained for free by the Republic of Kenya."
