    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am sorry that I will have to raise these points of order, but I think the Standing Orders are very clear that if an hon. Member is out of order then we need to raise it with the House. Is the hon. Member in order to mislead the House that a certain gender is marginalizing itself and further discriminate and re-marginalize, especially the female gender by his inference? Even if he does not mention it, it is very clear. It is the same women who vote for him in his constituency. I wish they could hear what he is saying in Parliament."
