    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, further to the clarification sought by Sen. M. Kajwang, in the year 2011, the Government of Kenya dispatched a team of surveyors to Migingo Island. Some funds were even set aside. Sen. Orengo was the Minister of Lands then. To date, we have not received a report on the outcome of the survey. The two governments had dispatched surveyors to identify the boundaries in Migingo Island. Could the Vice Chairperson undertake to bring the report so that we can know what became of it?"
