    "content": "Secondly, we should not wait until 2018 to comply with the UN and AU directive, but to do it urgently and immediately. Where Somalia has threatened to take us to the international court, in fact, we should be the ones to pre-empt it by going there if there is a dispute. Otherwise, apart from Tanzania, every other neighbour has a boundary issue with our country. This is not good for Kenya and for the region. In the advent of finding mineral resource wealth, we are staring at conflicts in all directions and this is not good for the country."
