    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me start by applauding the CIC on two accounts. One, for producing this report on time. In the law that we enacted last December, we amended a clause on the Floor of this House requiring the CIC to report to us more frequently than originally intended. The original intention was six months. We shortened that period to three months. It is so gratifying to see that the CIC, even with that shortened reporting period, has been able to submit to this House a very comprehensive report of their work over the last three months."
