    "content": "There has been a debate in the Committee about appointing a full time Chairperson. That debate has received quite a fair consideration, but if you look at where the Commission needs to go and look at comparative commissions in our continent, especially Nigeria, you actually find that the person of the chair we are looking for would not be a full time person. The Chairperson we are looking for is a person of integrity; somebody who has served; somebody who will move the public with them and somebody who when he writes a letter to citizens, they know that the EACC has written to them."
