    "content": "Corruption is very expensive for the country. Unfortunately it ranks from the bottom of the country to the top. It starts on the day we are elected. It is very difficult for a Member of Parliament to be elected without spending money. The expectation of every Kenyan is that you must bribe them to find yourself in this House. In fact, people who are elected are expected to loot and take the loot to their constituents. We have to change, not only by making law but also the attitude of Kenyans generally, so that the new generation, the children growing now, will begin learning morals from primary school, corruption will be fought from a very early age; we will be able to eliminate it for generations to come."
