    "content": "As we pass this law, I will request the panel that is going to appoint or select, the people to fill the current vacancies to come up with people who are not very tired, as another Member indicated. We want people who will bring a fresh approach. It should be fresh faces in this fight and not necessarily noisemakers, or people who are always in the streets. The first thing that I would want them to look into is where people are paid but they do not do the job that they are supposed to do.
