    "content": "As much as I encourage what has happened, let me also urge those people whose property were destroyed by gangs in the process of this good mission to take up cases against those who did it whether it is a Member of Parliament or a gang from the village. We can also hide under good things to do very bad things. I would like to tell the President that going into the future, leadership merely proffers solution and creates impetus. May the systems that are in place to deal with this problem now take charge and deal with it as we continue to hold them to account?"
