    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for the purpose of the record and so that we seem to read from the same script with the Attorney-General, there are procedures that we follow in this House. These procedures are popularly known as Standing Orders. Article 124 of our Constitution allows us to do the rules and procedures that we follow here. Under those procedures, Departmental Committees of this House operate under Standing Order No.198. Standing Order No.198(3) specifies what we can do and the extent we can go. According to Article 125 of the Constitution, the Committee of the House and this Parliament has the same powers as the High Court to summon anyone. The operational word is “anyone”---"
