    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, please, allow me to have one minute. I want to encourage the Director and the Institution of Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) to ensure that the hon. Members who went to The Hague explain to Kenyans whether they used public funds or not. I am not talking about the Ocampo Six. We have no problem with that. There are MPs who left this country on public coffers and must pay that money back to the people. They must give us that money, so that we can use it to resettle the IDPs. That is arrogance, theft and plunder. I want to end there so that other hon. Members can contribute."
