    "content": "With the work that has already been done, I hope that when the Ocampo Six and their supporters come back from The Hague, instead of running around praying, they will cancel the rallies and bring the energy they have to the House, because we are now working on Article 50(9), so that we can bring to this House a law for the rights of victims of crime. God listens to one prayer. You do not have to pray a million times. I also want to plead with the church ministers who were praying for them to pray a little more quietly and give us the opportunity to bring a law for looking after these people."
