    "content": "I am glad that there is clear evidence that the new Constitution is gaining traction, and that there is better citizenry involvement. As we listen and learn from each other on both sides of the aisle, there will be much to be heard going forward. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I thank the National Assembly from the bottom of my heart for its patient engagement and perseverance, and for the manner in which we have conducted ourselves as we sought to give our country a new Budget.
