We open it up to people holding Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics as opposed to a situation where we keep it just only for a certain cartel; a cartel of about 20 or 30 people. We should move with speed and refuse what my colleague is proposing. We should refuse it and agree that we open this profession to people who have done accounting and economics. Otherwise, it will be a monopoly of about 20 or 30 people."
