    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have the capacity and the capability to respond to the question by the Senator for Migori. We have Boresha Initiative . This means that they can shut down the lines for two or three days to clean the system. That is why I said that there is an improvement countrywide. In terms of interruptions, especially during the rainy seasons, our distribution system is overhead. When you look at other countries like South Africa, the distribution system is underground. Therefore, when it rains, the trees fall and power might be interrupted."
