    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I consulted the gracious Sen. Kittony a while ago. She told me that they have not received the answer from the Cabinet Secretary. I brought to her attention that the Constitution under Article 125 gives us the powers to compel these people to give the answers that we require as a Senate. I am glad that she has bought the idea. I want to request that we expeditiously issue summonses and invoke Article 125 in full and in totality to ensure that we get the answers because the matter at hand is urgent and requires very quick response. We are talking about outbreak of malaria which is a serious issue."
