    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am in the Committee on Health. The Vice Chair has given adequate reasons why the answer has not been given to this House. I want to communicate to the House that the reason the Ministry could not give us the answer is because they are busy signing performance contracts. It is very disturbing that the Committee has to be given such a reason for getting a reply to a medical emergency in this country. I wanted that to come to the notice of this House."
