    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think many nations are taking Kenyans for granted and more so as a country. When it comes to issuance of visas to other countries, may be it is only Kenya which is suffering but not the foreigners coming to Kenya. To get a visa to Britain, you have got to go to South Africa before you are issued with a visa and it is very expensive and even impossible to get it. I am asking the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations to scrutinize and find out whether it is just Kenya which is being marginalized by other countries in the world or there is something wrong that we have done to the international community because it is well spread.
