In view of the very strong sentiments that have been expressed by Senators – I know that Members of the National Assembly are also of the same view – would I be in order to request the Chairperson to speak to the South Africans in the event that they insist on the same? Would I be in order to propose that if South Africa will remain hostile to Kenya and other African countries, whether it is not in order for the Kenyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade to request that the Pan-African Parliament situated in South Africa be moved to Kenya or Ethiopia so that it can be in a country where members can travel respectfully and with dignity?
