"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to agree that this has generated a lot of interest and discussion. There is some kind of disappointment amongst Kenyans who are applying for the South African Visa. Nevertheless, the Ministry has owned up to the challenges they are facing, and that was elaborately explained in the Statement which I have just read. We should appreciate the efforts made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade to make sure that Kenyans are not suffering as a result of the stringent measures that have been put in place by the South African Embassy.
