    "content": "positively through its various programmes. This will reduce the number of new infections which is the biggest worry. If we can curtail the number of new cases we shall be moving towards an AIDS free society. We can do so, if we are able to support this Motion. The national Government should devolve the functions of the NACC to the various counties. I support the Motion."
