    "content": "I can see there are fairly many people who can recall it. The point made by Hon. Midiwo is quite valid. Let us be careful with what we say. We have a responsibility and duty to act within the values clearly enumerated in Article 10 and what the 10th Parliament gave us in the Leadership and Integrity Act. But I can tell you that we too, as a Committee charged with powers and privileges, are looking at standards of behavior and trying to see what the best practice is around the world so that we can bring some proposals here, so that you can express yourselves on how it is that those of us in leadership should behave, both in and outside the precincts of Parliament. There are certain minimum behaviors and conduct expected of us. We move to the Motion - the Chairperson of the Committee on Selection."
