If my memory serves me well, and it has never failed me, the last time we debated the Motion on Matemu my own assessment was that the Commission was sick. The commissioners were in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and the Secretariat was in the High Dependency Unit (HDU), meaning that this Commission needs to be changed. This is the time this House has to do what Kenyans want to be done."
