    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I oppose this amendment on the ground that it is in bad taste. We are going to use the Floor of this House to settle scores. We are here to push the legislative agenda of this country. This is not a new Act. It is just an amendment to an existing Act. The new Clause 5A says “as soon as the commencement of this Act.” This is not an Act, it is just an amendment to the Act. Does it change the principal Act? It does not."
