    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. From the outset I would like to support this Motion by my colleague Hon. Oner. Unfortunately, the media in this country loves negative publicity. You could be innocent until these guys come to your house with the media, and when the investigate they find you guilty. Kenyans will remember that you were innocent from the beginning. I think this Bill will protect Kenyans from situations."
