    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman for giving me an opportunity to support this proposed amendment to the Bill that we are discussing. My main reason for supporting is only one. It is a constitutional and a ground rule on the rights of a person, that you are innocent until you are proven guilty. This will ensure that those people who face the EACC will have their rights protected. So, I support."
