    "content": "Thank you. I support this amendment. Commissions and boards are as good as the information that the secretariats work under them give them. It is a very common practice and some may not realize it. If you have a completely new commission or board-- They will not be effective for a long time because they will be trying to learn the roles; many times the secretariat tries to hide information from them. Therefore, continuity by a few members who know what has been going on is extremely important. That is why I support this amendment."
