    "content": "The import of this amendment is that Section 18(4)(b) of the principal Act says that: “The Commission shall ensure that there is ethnic and regional diversity in its staff at the secretariat” I am moving that every year when the commission is bringing the annual report to this House, they should also indicate the state of compliance with the provisions of this section.
