    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I think I need to explain to hon. Members so that they understand because I hear them asking me to withdraw. If I withdraw, then we are leaving this body to vet ad infinitum . From the amendment that is proposed by the Chairman, so long as they can show that they have started a process, they can continue forever. There is no cap and you cannot have a body vetting people forever. So what we are doing is putting a cap to three months so that it does not go beyond that. I am not withdrawing."
