    "content": "I also want to congratulate Hon. Eugene Wamalwa for having been appointed by the Government as a Cabinet Secretary and today he was sworn in. He is the only Cabinet Secretary from my county and we hope that he is going to work very closely with us, both at the county level and the national level so that we can deliver services, not just to the nation but also to our county."
