    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I requested that this Question be forwarded to the Office of the Prime Minister because as you are aware, it touches on several Ministries. It touches on the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources because of water pollution, the Ministry of Water and Irrigation because it is responsible for water and sewerage services. As you have seen, part âaâ states that a conventional sewerage system is lacking. I am not sure how you want us to proceed because in my mind, this Question is not properly addressed in as far as the issue of the sewerage is concerned. I think that it should be dealt with as we did with the other matter on Voi. I am sure what the Chair will rule."
