    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.97. As you call out Order No.9, this House resolves that the debate on the Vetting of Judges and Magistrates (Amendment) Bill, National Assembly Bill No.19 of 2015 be limited as follows: A maximum of 45 minutes with five minutes for each Member and five minutes for the Leader of Majority and the Leader of Minority parties and 10 minutes for the Mover in moving and five minutes in replying."
