    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, what I was saying is that as a result of this vetting, there are stations that have been heavily affected in terms of the number of magistrates. The other time we had cases of lawyers in Mombasa complaining bitterly about the shortage of these magistrates. So, it is important that this exercise is completed in good time so that those who are found guilty are shown the door while those who will be cleared can continue discharging their duties to the public.
