There are certain times of the month that we may be moody and there are some certain ages that we are automatically moody. If such things are not considered when looking at women, then you will send enough women who are exceptional judges and magistrates home. I am hoping that they will take that into account when they will be looking at the issue of vetting of judges and magistrates. I support with amendments."
