"content": "This is a Bill which has been waited for long in this House. Hon. Kajwang’ spoke on behalf of the legal minds by virtue of the fact that he is a Member of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. He articulated his issues very well. Of course, he gave a good soft landing to the lawyers, although he has said they have been denied Kshs50,000 for stamping the articles of association. With the corruption in this county, I am sure that the lawyers will still have opportunity to work and earn a living. It is a very good admission."
