    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. From the outset, let me say I support this Bill. I am a Member of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. I am really grateful that we have really done a great job. Initially, there were two Bills which were brought. In one of them we had to do over 900 amendments. I want to tell members of the public - most of the time they have the notion that Members of National Assembly do not read Bills - that we read this one. We articulated ourselves on the Bill and thrashed out some issues. I am going to be very brief because they are issues that we have already gone through. The good aspect with this Bill is that we are also trying to demystify the operation and the way companies are being formed.
