    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to suggest that the definition of “company records” should include an electronic definition. I would also want to suggest that under the definition of “intellectual property”, we have a cross reference to the Industrial Property Act, because I am sure there is a definition. I do not know whether we are distinguishing it from that definition, or whether we are creating linkages. In proper legislative drafting, there is usually cross referencing.
