    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I thank you for all those messages. However, I would like to remind you that two weeks ago, I raised an issue concerning a message that this House was expecting from the “Lower House” and you promised that you will make a ruling. This was in connection with the appointment of the Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) which was done contrary to the provisions of the Central Bank of Kenya Act, Section 13(a) which specify that the appointment of the governor and the deputy governor shall be subjected to parliamentary approval and not approval by the National Assembly. I now request for that response from you."
