    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The WTO as you know started off by having a parliamentary network with a view of bringing in a legislative framework on world trade, sometime ago. When we went for the conference with two Senators and two clerks, one of the things that came out is that Kenya will be hosting the next Ministerial conference on the WTO in December. The reason this is so important is because this is the first time ever in ten years that there will be a Ministerial conference within the African continent.
