However, there has been talk out there that the Government, instead of settling displaced persons, is settling landless people especially from one community. Could she confirm this position? If that is the case, the issue of landlessness in Kenya runs through the whole country and not in one section. Is it the Government position to settle landless people and not those who were displaced?"
