    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the dispute is between Isiolo County and Meru counties. It is true that Meru County is prepared to allocate money for the surveyors to do the work, but unfortunately for unknown reasons, Isiolo County is not willing. It is as a result of that, that after our discussion with the Cabinet Secretary that he will form a task force without waiting for any county to decide to follow what was agreed or not and implement the same."
