    "content": "We are in the process of formulating a policy which I think will be tabled in Cabinet and Parliament in the next two weeks. There is also a parliamentary committee which is looking into the issues of all the displaced persons in Kenya. That is the committee that will take care of the people displaced in the pastoral communities and any other displaced persons."
