    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for remembering my other name. I rise to support this Bill and thank the Mover, Sen. Sang, for thinking about it. I believe this Bill will play a major role in creating or writing the history of our country. A people without a history cannot be a nation. As we look back, we have very little history. This is because, it is people who make history and because we do not have a lot of written history in our country about heroes, events and things that took place in our country before we got to where we are today, I would say that there is a vacuum.
