    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, yesterday I had a discussion with the distinguished Senator for Kitui, Mzee David Musila. I am surprised that he is asking the same question that I had clarified. I told him that on or before the end of this month, we shall be in a position to ask the Cabinet Secretary (CS) to come to this House and answer the remaining questions. I am sure he is aware about that discussion that we had yesterday."
