    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for recognizing and giving me this opportunity. I want to start by thanking Sen. Halima, especially for the eloquent manner in which she moved and provided the basis for debate on this Bill. This Bill seeks to provide for a structured format for coordination and liaison between the national Government and the county governments on matters to do with university education. This Bill also specifically will require the CUE to update the National Assembly and this Senate on achievements made and challenges faced by universities in our counties.
