However, I want to raise some concern in relation to the manner in which Cabinet Secretaries have not been attending to committee meetings. We had a Kamukunji yesterday in the morning and we expected Prof. Kaimenyi and Maj (Rtd) Nkaissery to appear before us, but it never happened.
