    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join you and my colleagues in thanking the delegation, especially from the leadership of the Kenya Women Parliamentary Association (KEWOPA) and the Kenya Young Parliamentarians Association (KYPA). I wish to thank them for the outreach they have done, especially to the leadership of Parliament as we deal with 27th August, 2015 deadline, concerning achieving the one- third gender rule.
