    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, like my colleague neighbour, Sen. Billow said, before we think of creating more time to deal with the business of the House, we must utilise the time that we have to the fullest. Whenever we have business for the House that requires attention, there are leaders in this House who have a day or two in advance to make sure that Members come in the House at the time of debating or voting. This has to come out; that we need to take our work seriously. When we have an extra duty in this House, we must take it seriously. There are some chairpersons who are permanently not here and so some of the questions are not responded to."
