    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first, I stand to oppose this Motion for the reasons which were exhaustively and eloquently given by Sen. Billow, Sen. (Prof.) Anyang'- Nyong'o and others who have spoken before me. Secondly, we took a deliberate decision to remove Wednesday morning as part of our sitting for very good reasons. I do not see any need now to go back on that decision. Thirdly, we re-scheduled our diaries in such a manner that we are now occupied for other business on Wednesday morning. Therefore, it is futile to suggest that we come back here on Wednesday morning. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I oppose."
