    "content": "debate from the “garage”, should now be reversed. We need to start sitting traditionally in accordance with how Parliament sits. Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is important and I want to encourage Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. and Sen. Hassan not to be surprised when the Senate Majority Leader asks this House for extra Sittings. Even in the other set-up, there were many occasions when we were asked to sit on Thursday and Tuesday mornings, just to accommodate the business of the House. The bottom line, therefore, is that let us now accept that the Senate has become sufficiently busy in the Committees and the Plenary. We should, therefore, start sitting normally so as to avoid such Motions in future. I beg to support the Motion."
